As the north east tribute to our son, husband, brother and uncle we are holding a special evening for everyone, at, where else, but the Stadium of Light. The evening will begin with the launch of Graeme’s famous ‘dull ramblings’ blogs, which thanks to the hard work of many posters on this board, have been made ready for publishing in book format. By launching ‘My Dark Friend’ we will be remembering Graeme in a unique way; he was so proud of his blogs and the impression they made on their many readers, it seems perfect that they will form the backbone of this special evening.
The book launch has been combined with a Charity Race Night. The evening, as a whole will consist of fun, laughter and banter, with everyone having the opportunity to have a light-hearted flutter, raising money for charities close to Graeme’s heart. There will also be a hot buffet provided for all those that need feeding after an exciting 90 minutes at the football.
Doors open at 7:15pm, and the book launch will take place, before the first race which is scheduled for approximately 8:30pm. Although the evening is an open invitation, free event would anyone that wants to attend please email me Hazeys Big Sis, Mel, at
